- A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to obtain final sale price

- To obtain a bidders number, interested parties must have a cashiers check, certified check, or cash in the amount of $10,000. on the day of the sale. The remainder of the 10% down payment is due within three business days

- Settlement will take place within 30 days after contract is accepted. Property sold subject to owner confirmation. Statements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material.

- Property is being sold "as is, where is," no warranties offered or implied. Subject to prior sale.
